I’m Dr. Linh. I help you understand the signals beneath your symptoms, soften the patterns your nervous system has been holding, and gently rewrite the habits that no longer serve the life you want.

The body keeps a record of what you’ve carried.

Stress, old beliefs, ancestral patterns or old habits don’t just stay in the mind, but it plays out in and from the body and its memory, like muscle memory.

A gentle, bespoke journey

01 An exploration call We meet shortly to discuss what’s bringing you to this work and whether this work is a right fit.
02 Your first session Based on your goals and intention, we'll meet online for your first hypnotherapy session to work towards your goals.
03 Between sessions I recommend simple, embodied practices to help the process and embodying new patterns into daily life.
04 Follow-up on growth Over time, we'll do session follow-ups to continue hypnotherapy until you feel complete or reached your goals.

This work is complementary. I don’t replace your physician or licensed mental-health care — I work alongside them, with your body’s regulation and the patterns it holds.
No. Hypnotherapy simply uses the focused, receptive state your mind moves through naturally every day. You stay aware and in control throughout.
It varies. Some shifts arrive quickly; deeper patterns ask for more time. We decide together, and you’re never locked in.
A short, unhurried conversation so we can both feel whether this is the right fit. There’s no obligation to continue.
