Linh offered a beautiful group acupuncture session to me and the team I was working with after a very busy retreat. After running around a lot during the retreat and trying to keep myself organized with all the to-dos, I found myself exhausted and in need of grounding and release. Linh’s presence at the start of the session, and throughout, was so nourishing and nurturing and helped me drop into my body and breath.

Once she placed the first needles, I instantly felt I could breathe so much more deeply than I think I’ve ever felt in my life! In that moment I felt so much release, groundedness, and relief.
