About

I’m a first generation Vietnamese-Chinese American. Born and raised by two immigrants, I felt that I grew up in two split worlds. One world immersed in Vietnamese culture, tradition, and language and the other world growing up as an American, but not feeling like I fit into either worlds.

As a young girl, I remember my mother giving me Chinese herbs, doing gua sha to release illness, and taking me to Buddhist temple on Sundays. These are my earliest memories of witnessing and experiencing traditional medicine and wisdom of Vietnamese and Chinese culture. Since then, I’ve come full circle and became a nationally licensed acupuncturist and Doctor of Chinese Medicine.

Currently, my most fulfilling work now centers on energy medicine, somatic-based healing, medical intuition, and clinical hypnotherapy as well as teaching Chinese Medicine, acupuncture and herbalism. I help strong, capable people who’ve spent their lives caring for others learn to rest, return to confidence, anchor into receiving, and release the patterns that hold them back.
