About

I’m a first generation Vietnamese-Chinese American. Born and raised by two immigrants, I felt that I grew up in two split worlds. One world immersed in Vietnamese culture, tradition, and language and the other world growing up as an American, but not feeling like I fit into either worlds.

As a young girl, I remember my mother giving me Chinese herbs, doing gua sha to release illness, and taking me to Buddhist temple on Sundays. These are my earliest memories of witnessing and experiencing traditional medicine and wisdom of Vietnamese and Chinese culture. Since then, I’ve done a full circle and became a nationally licensed Doctor of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncturist.

Currently, my most fulfilling work now centers on energy healing, medical intuition, and hypnotherapy as well as practicing Chinese Medicine, acupuncture and herbalism. I help strong, capable women who’ve spent their lives caring for others learn to rest, receive support, and release the patterns that hold them back.
